UK ORDERS

Jewellery postage is charged at £1 per item.

All jewellery orders are sent using Royal Mail 1^st Class unless otherwise specified.

Postage of paintings is charged at £5 per item.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for paintings.

If you need a design for a special occasion, present etc and cannot wait, then please contact me and I will most certainly do my best to get it to you in time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are most welcome, please select country for postage prices at my online shop. International recipients are responsible for local taxes and customs fees and are also responsible for any return fees if a package is refused.  Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.

PACKAGING

Each jewellery item is beautifully packaged in a pretty gift box or organza bag and is carefully wrapped in padded envelopes to prevent damage.

REFUNDS

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me for returns details within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds are given to items returned in their original packaging, minus postage.  The cost of return postage is entirely the responsibility of the customer.

REPAIRS

All jewellery comes with a 3 month guarantee.

If you have jewellery that is no longer under guarantee or if you have other jewellery, requiring repair, please email me with details for a quote

Countries outside the European Economic Area do not always have strong data protection laws. However, we will always take steps to ensure that your information is used by third parties in accordance with this policy.

SECURITY AND DATA RETENTION

We do not store any financial details about our customers. All of our payments are conducted via PAYPAL and so your financial information is not made available to us. We are only aware how you pay for the items you have bought and if the payment has been authorised successfully by PAYPAL.


CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Any changes to our privacy policy in the future will be posted to the website and, where appropriate, through e-mail notification.
